My Spot

park in your assigned spot within the lines and follow the rules and reminders posted at the
facility and outlined online and in your lease agreement.
The facility is organized in sections. See the facility map to easily find
your spot when you arrive. For your convenience, the map is also available on signage as you
enter the facility.
If you would like to change your spot, simply give us a call and we will be glad to accommodate
your request if possible.
Your spot is available on our website. Just login and access your account. If you have trouble
you can call us and we can help you retrieve it.
If someone is parked in your spot, please call us and we will direct you to a temporary parking
spot until we can address the issue with the other vehicle.
When you call us we will ask you to provide us with the make/model and license plate number
of the other vehicle, so we can get them properly parked as soon as possible.

Managing My Account
The easiest way to update your account information is to login to the website. You can update
your personal information, vehicle information and payment information there. If you have
trouble, feel free to email us or give us a call and we are happy to assist.
We require that you have a valid credit or debit card on file at all times. Your monthly rental fee
will be charged to your card each month in advance. You can access your account statements
on the website by logging in and viewing your account.
Accessing the Facility or My Spot
When you complete your rental, you will receive a PIN code to access the gate. You can also
download the Storage Genie mobile application on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which will conveniently open the gate for you as you drive up (no need to enter your PIN).
If your gate is not working or your gate code is not being recognized and your account is in good
standing, call us immediately and we will help you access the facility.
You can simply use the forgot gate code feature on our website (Customer Portal Login Screen) to retrieve it or call the call center and we will be glad to help you.
Renting a Spot
The easiest way to rent a spot is through our website. The process is simple and takes just a
few minutes. When you complete the process you will be assigned a spot and provided with
your gate code to access the facility. At that point you are a customer and are welcome to
come to the facility and park your vehicle at your convenience.
If you would like to rent an additional spot, you must register that spot separately.
All boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, trailers and other vehicles may be stored provided
they are in working order. Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and
perishables may never be stored in or around your vehicle.
We require a driver’s license, current registration and proof of insurance.
Insurance is required prior to site access and is the tenant’s responsibility. Vulcan RV does not insure the customer’s vehicle or other property. We do this to protect all parties involved.
See your rental agreement for our policies and your obligations.
Yes, all rentals are month-to-month so there are no long-term contracts or commitments.
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in
anytime during normal business hours.
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day written notice before you
move out.
Most customers add a few feet to the overall length of whatever they are parking to allow for
some margin of error and to be sure they are completely covered. It's also important to consider
the tongue of your trailer and outboard motor on a boat.
